Family owned, Leeuwin Estate, one of the five founding wineries of the now famous Margaret River district of Western Australia, is under the direction of two generations who work with a team of highly skilled winemakers to consistently produce wines ranking alongside the world’s finest.
Position
Leeuwin Estate is a class act, every facet of its business working with the precision of a Swiss watch. It stands at the very forefront of estate-based, family owned wineries.

Leeuwin Estate releases wines under the Art Series, Prelude Vineyards and Siblings labels. Prelude Vineyards wines are made from fruit producing the most readily expressive wines, with the objective that they will drink well soon after release. Braincells were approached to re-design the Prelude Vineyards range of wines. We created a refined vine illustration with the Leeuwin logo incorporated to allow the variety, vintage and region to be isolated. The etching style illustration and script font adds a European Chateau style and compliments the classic Leeuwin brand.
Plan / implement
Leeuwin Estate wines are all about premium craft. This is reflected in the new Prelude Vineyards label design and complements the classic Leeuwin brand.
The launch of the new Prelude Vineyards product range has increased cellar door sales and has further established brand equity for Leeuwin Estate.
