braincells was engaged to develop a name and brand identity for the development on Overton Gardens. The identity and all support materials had to reflect the premium nature of the development while still conveying a coastal feel.
PLAN / IMPLEMENT
The name Overton Terraces was chosen for the development and a simple, elegant brand logo was created. The simplicity of the brand identity exudes luxury and sophistication. The brand identity was then applied across the sales brochure, website and finishes board. This created a set of professional and premium materials that ensured sales staff had the tools to sell the uniqueness of the development.
