The Rottnest Island Business community approached brainCELLS in 2009 to consider the development of a campaign to increase day visitors to the island. BrainCELLS developed the positioning “Island Time is Real Time” with the premise that only when on an island can you truly leave it all behind for the day and escape the pressures of day to day life on the mainland.
