Blue Cow Cheese Company specialise in the importation, distribution and retail of speciality cheeses and fine foods. The owner, Nick Bath, regularly travels the world to find artisanal suppliers who share his passion for quality.

Blue Cow introduces the people of Australia to fine foods from all over the world. Braincells was asked to develop the brand look and feel to be representative of each product.
In some cases, braincells’ task was to use Blue Cow branding and add elements, which would allude to the region the product was imported from.

The Blue Cow range is diverse and spans several fridge sections so brand unity is crucial. The consistent brand colour and typography styles help unify the diverse product range and magnify brand presence.

In addition to dairy products, braincells was asked to create
the identity for Blue Cow’s new olive brand, The Good Grove.
The design was implemented with a playful, lively approach,
in order to stand out from traditional olive brands on the shelf.
The branch used is a nod to the olive branch from the
Noah’s Ark story.
