The Department for Communities is a WA government department and when it split from the Department for Community Welfare in 2008 it came to brainCELLS to develop a brand for itself. Having experience working with government departments, brainCELLS set about clearly understanding the task ahead and strategically determining its future positioning, before launching into any creative thinking.
